A WESTMINSTER lobbying scandal claimed three scalps last night as one peer quit and two were suspended over claims they breached parliamentary rules.
British Labour suspended peers Jack Cunningham, a former cabinet minister, and Brian Mackenzie of Framwellgate, a former police chief.
