Metro Manila police head Director Leonardo Espina said they also expect to get statements from witnesses on Sunday, radio dzBB's Glen Juego reported.
Espina said they expect to gain more clues on the circumstances that led to the blast, which killed at least three people and wounded at least five others.
Three people aboard a delivery truck were killed after debris from the building crashed on the vehicle.
But on Saturday afternoon, cleanup crews started removing the debris from the blast site, including the truck crushed by debris.
As of Sunday morning, the dzBB report said the building was still cordoned off, but many of the streets near it had been reopened to traffic. — LBG, GMA News
